The 6U8X-EGS2/ZC SYN H200 is a 6U AI server using ZutaCore HyperCool two-phase liquid cooling with the NVIDIA HGX H200 8-GPU module and NVIDIA NVSwitch. ZutaCore uses waterless two-phase direct-contact cooling in which the refrigerant changes phase on the GPU surface to carry heat away; even a coolant leak will not short the server, making it one of the lowest-risk ways to introduce liquid cooling into an existing data centre. It runs a dual-socket 4th/5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable platform with 32 DDR5 DIMM slots and eight HHHL plus two FHHL PCIe 5.0 x16 rear expansion slots.
